It has developed and implemented the content, the technology and the processes to source and to distribute dynamic location-based information.

The company is based near Paris, France, and was incorporated on December 28, 2005. It is funded by its two founders, and by Innoven Partners, a venture capital firm which invested 3 million Euros in December 2006
